Who qualifies
Households with income at or below 50% of the area median income for their county and household size, using the limits HUD publishes each year. Call us and we will check the current limit for you.
How to show you qualify
One of these is enough:
- KanCare or Medicaid, SNAP, a Medicare Savings Program, or LIHEAP
- A Social Security award letter or a recent tax return
We only record that you qualified, how, and when. We never keep copies of your documents.

Haven was not built in a boardroom. It was built from a hospital room, a stroke unit, and a daughter who watched her father die at 50 and her mother recover at home.
Background in occupational therapy treating patients directly, and former Director at a state hospital supporting individuals with special healthcare needs and older adults, alongside clinical experience in acute care, stroke, senior diagnostic, and joint replacement settings. Lost her father to a stroke at 50. Watched her mother recover from stroke and pulmonary embolism at home. Jade built Haven so other families have what hers did not. She leads assessments in the Topeka territory, hospital partnerships, and the Haven Sunflower Score™ methodology.
Background in property and casualty and personal lines insurance. Also a cleaning specialist who owned her own cleaning company for years, supporting hundreds of homes and maintaining dignity and healthy homes for the families she served. Based in Holton with deep daily roots in the community through Advanced Chiropractic Services. Ashley leads Jackson County operations, Haven’s home cleaning program, and the Holton hospital relationship.
